Après la tenue du sommet extraordinaire de la Communauté Économique de développement de l'Afrique Australe(SADC), à Gaberone, la rédaction d'Editeur.cd vous livre sa chronique exclusive sur les 7 motivations et perspectives du duo TSHISEKEDI- MOKGWEETSI pour un leadership fort.

En perspectives des actions à la tête de l'Union Africaine, un nouvel élan dans le renforcement des relations bilatérales Congolo-Botswanaises a été lancé. 

Les deux Chefs d'Etat , Dr.MOKGWEETSI KEABETSWE, Président en exercice de la Troïka et Félix TSHISEKEDI prochain Président de l'U.A ont exprimé l'estime mutuel pour leur leadership.

Déclaration mutuelle faite le Vendredi 27 Novembre dernier au cours d'une conférence de presse animée en marge du Sommet extraordinaire de la Communauté économique pour le Développement de l'Afrique Australe (SADC).

Pourquoi le Président Botswanais accorde son soutien diplomatique majeur à son homologue RdCongolais?

1. Au Centre des Conférences Phakalane à Gaberone, un échange entre les deux Présidents avec la presse a abordé des questions bilatérales et stratégiques entre ces deux pays frères et le Continent portant sur la sécurité, l'économie et le développement élargies à une perspective du leadership Africain. 


2. Déjà dans son allocution de clôture, le Président du Botswana ,Dr. MOKGWEETSI KEABETSWE Eric Président en exercice de la Troïka de l'Organe de la SADC a salué  l'engagement de ses homologues concernant les questions de sécurité et du terrorisme ainsi que de développement économique en République Démocratique du Congo et au Mozambique.
Les pays participants à ces assises ont également promis tout leur soutien  à  ces deux pays.

3. En outre, le communiqué final de ce Sommet a réaffirmé son soutien régional pour le développement et  la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie conjointe du retrait progressif  de la Monusco. 

4.Le Botswana qui reste résolument attaché au rôle stratégique de la RDC dans la sous Région d'Afrique pour impacter tout le Continent dans les années à venir dès 2021. 

5. Le Botswana pays ami et soutien majeur de la RDC dans la partie australe Africaine depuis plus de 20 ans avec des efforts pour la paix, sécurité, la stabilité et la reconstruction déjà entamés entre 1998-2000 annonce sa volonté d'une coopération renforcée et diversifiée qui va installer les bases de la paix et la prospérité économique.

6. Par ailleurs, il réaffirme son accompagnement pour un leadership fort de la RDC à la tête de l'organisation Panafricaine pour stabiliser Est en proie depuis plus de deux décennies. Une guerre que connais le Botswana  suite à sa  participation contre la Balkanisation.


7. Le Président MOKGWEETSI KEABETSWE Eric a invité son homologue et hôte au sommet, Félix TSHISEKEDI à une visite d'Etat en 2021 dans les mines de diamant pour partager l'expérience économique pour un leadership renforcé base du développement dans la sous Region d'Afrique Centrale et à la tête de l'Union Afrique. 


Somme toute, après cette analyse de votre rédaction présentée en chronique du récent tête a tête, F.TSHISEKEDI et MOKGWEETSI Eric tenu lors du sommet extraordinaire de la SADC, il sied de retenir que le Botswana veut, renouvelle et justifie son soutien diplomatique témoigné et renforcé pour un leadership fort du côté RdCongolais.

Un leadership qui va toucher et améliorer les perspectives de sa propre paix, sécurité et production économique; garanties de stabilité et prospérité partagée en Afrique entière d'où partira du réveil de ce géant du continent.
